职责描述
As a Master Data Intern in our Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting product master data management, improving data quality, and helping resolve issues across upstream and downstream processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth master data flow, strong operational compliance, and effective issue resolution across both business flow and data flow.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Master Data Flow & Rule Management: Support the mapping and clarification of product master data flows, business rules, and dependencies across upstream and downstream functions.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Build, maintain, and refine data quality dashboards using tools like Power BI to monitor key indicators, identify abnormal cases, and support daily data quality control.
- Issue Analysis & Resolution: Investigate master data issues by analyzing root causes from both business and data perspectives, identify where the issue sits in the process, and coordinate with the right stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders and relevant teams to understand process requirements, align on data standards, and ensure compliance with norms and operational rules.
- Operational Data Support: Use SQL and Excel to perform data checks, validation, and routine operational analysis in support of master data management and process improvement.
【Requirements】
1. Major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other related disciplines;
2. Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented working style;
3. Solid Excel and SQL skills; Power BI is a plus;
4. Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment;
5. Fluent in both English and Chinese;
6. Available for 5–6 months, at least 4 days per week.
