职责描述
工作职责
1、协助基金交易，与外部管理人跟进交易相关问题；
Assist on fund orders placing and following up relative issues with external fund houses.
2、负责各类型产品数据统计和变动归因分析，提升数字化运营能力，为销售推动提供数据分析支持;
Responsible for data statistics and attribution analysis of various investment products, enhance digital operational proficiency, and provide data supports for sales promotion.
3、协助海外基金产品物料准备及相关运营支持工作；
Assist in preparing materials for overseas fund products and related operational support tasks.
4、组织产品培训交流活动，协助处理现场活动的即时需求及问题:
Organize the product trainings and activities ,and assist on ad hoc requests.
5、协助其他临时性工作.
Assist on other ad hoc projects.
任职资格
1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；
Honest and upright, modest and humble, hardworking, with strong moral character.
2.本科大三及以上的在校生，研究生优先，以及会计学、金融学、经济学、计算机或相关专业优先;
Undergraduate students in their third year or above, postgraduate students are preferred. Majors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
3.熟练掌握Office办公软件系列，懂得VBA或Python者优先;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of VBA or Python is preferred.
4.擅长团队协作，有较好的数据分析能力、写作能力和多重任务处理能力，责任心强并且注重细节;
A team player with good data analytical skills, writing skills, multitasking skills, strong sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail.
5.暑假期间每周可工作5天，平时不少于4天；实习时长至少4个月，可实习6个月者优先；
Availability to work 5 days a week during summer vacation, no less than 4 days a week during other time; Internship duration should be at least 4 months, candidate who is able to work 6 months is preferred;
6.熟练掌握中文及英文，普通话表达流利者优先。
Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
