职责描述
运营实习生协助GEMS key user 完成部分日常工作以及GEMS数据整理检查工作，确保数据从BPCS迁徙到GEMS的准确性。
Job description 岗位职责:
1.Support GEMS key users in data preparation, validation, details as below
协助GEMS key users进行数据整理检查，具体如下：
•Package BOM preparation
包装BOM的准备
•BOM check, including VM parts
BOM检查，包括VM件
•System data review and correction, such as routing hours, operation number and so on
系统数据的检查和修正，包括工时，操作代码等
2.Assist GEMS key users with partial daily tasks to free up their time so that they can focus on GEMS-related activities, details as below
协助GEMS key users完成部分日常工作来释放GMES key users的时间，使之能专注GEMS的工作，具体如下
•Assist method team in handling material kitting abnormalities on the production line and correcting incorrect system settings.
协助工艺团处理产线配料异常问题，纠正系统的错误设置
•Assist supply chain team in resolving material shortage issues.
协助供应链团队进行缺料问题处理
Experience requirements 经验要求
1.Experience of flow management concept, Planning, Manufacturing flow process.
熟悉生产工艺和流程管理
2.Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred
有精益生产经验优先
3.Experience in Assembly manufacturing,
装配型企业工作经验
Knowledge知识
1.Good process knowledge and Quality consciousness.
优秀的工艺的知识和质量意识
2.Safety, health, environment & energy saving awareness
安全、职业健康、环保与节能意识
3.Fluent in Microsoft Office Application (VBA of excel as plus).
熟练使用办公自动化
Educational requirements学历
1.Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
本科或以上，机械工程、工业工程或相关专业
2.Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
良好的英语听写能力
