职责描述
Job Description:
This intern position will join L'Oréal Paris Hair Innovation DMI team based in Shanghai, reporting to Hair Innovation Leader. The mission is to support our 2026–2028 hair launch plan while building hands-on capabilities as a project manager in a fast-evolving global beauty environment.
• Support market and competitive intelligence by tracking global and local hair care trends, social buzz, and breakthrough product launches.
• Help coordinate the development timeline for key 2026–2028 hair care launches, monitoring project milestones and tracking action items across the team.
• Assist daily cross-functional collaboration with Research & Innovation (R&I), packaging, China Market team and agencies to ensure seamless formula and packaging development.
• Contribute to innovation presentations and creative workshops, helping translate consumer insights and lab evaluations into market-ready beauty concepts.
Job Requirements:
You bring an organised mindset, a sharp eye for beauty trends, and the motivation to take ownership of project milestones.
• Project Coordination: Capacity to track timelines, follow up on multi-stakeholder deliverables, and maintain operational momentum across complex workflows.
• Market & Consumer Insight: Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor activities, with previous internship experience in cosmetics or FMCG considered an asset.
• Transversal Collaboration: Ease in communicating and building relationships with diverse teams, including R&I, packaging engineers, and brand marketers.
• Analytical Rigour: Skill in synthesising quantitative data and qualitative product feedback into structured summaries and presentations.
• Operational Proficiency: Fluent English and Chinese, comfortable presenting updates and collaborating in an international environment.
