职责描述
职责描述:
• Assist in production line layout planning and optimization, including space analysis, process flow design, and layout drawing preparation. 协助产线 layout 规划与优化，包括空间分析、⼯艺流程设计及布局图纸绘制。
• Develop, update, and maintain Work Instructions (WI) and other standard IE documents such as STAB, PQI, etc., ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. 编制、更新和维护作业指导书（ WI ）及其他标准 IE ⽂件（如 STAB 、 PQI 等），确保内容准确并符合公司规范。
• Support time study, process analysis, and continuous improvement activities related to manufacturing operations. 协助进⾏时间研究、⼯艺分析及与⽣产运营相关的持续改善⼯作。
• Use CAD software to create and modify layout drawings and related technical documents. 使⽤ CAD 软件绘制和修改 layout 图纸及相关技术⽂件。
• Prepare and organize IE-related reports and documentation using Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 使⽤ Office 软件（ Word 、 Excel 、 PowerPoint ）准备和整理 IE 相关报告与⽂件。
• Participate in digitalization or AI-related initiatives within the IE scope when required (preferred). 根据需要参与 IE 范围内的数字化或 AI 相关项⽬（优先）。
• Other tasks assigned by the superior. 上级安排的其他⼯作。
岗位要求:
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related major; IE major strongly preferred. 在读或应届⼯业⼯程（ IE ）及相关专业， IE 专业优先。
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD or equivalent) for layout design. 熟练掌握 CAD 软件（如 AutoCAD 或同等软件），能进⾏布局设计。
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to produce professional documents and data tables. 熟练使⽤ Office 软件（ Word 、 Excel 、 PowerPoint ），能独⽴完成专业⽂档和数据表格制作。
• Experience or strong interest in AI applications or digitalization in manufacturing is a plus. 有 AI 应⽤或制造业数字化相关经验或强烈兴趣者优先。
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a cross-functional environment. 具备良好沟通能⼒，细致认真、有责任感，能适应跨部⻔协作。
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English preferred. 具备基本英⽂书⾯与⼝头沟通能⼒优先。
