职责描述
Job Description
岗位职责：
1、市场商机拓展：
摸排区域高端地产、装修总包及设计师渠道项目信息，搭建项目信息库；跟踪竞品动态，梳理客户资源，协助筛选高价值商机。
Market Opportunity Development：
Identify project information from regional high-end real estate developers, fit-out general contractors and designer channels, and establish the project database. Track competitor trends, sort out customer resources, and assist in screening high-value business opportunities.
2、销售商务支持：
协助对接 B 端客户，参与商务洽谈与技术交流，整理会议纪要；配合制作产品配置方案、报价及投标文件，维护客户关系，支撑嘉格纳高端线客户服务。
Sales & Business Support：
Assist in B2B client communication, participate in business negotiations and technical exchanges, and compile meeting minutes. Support the preparation of product configuration solutions, quotations and tender documents, maintain customer relationships, and support customer service for the premium Gaggenau product line.
3、营销运营协助：
统计销售数据并输出业务报表，维护 CRM 系统信息；协助执行设计师沙龙、品牌品鉴会等渠道营销活动，保障终端品牌展示标准。
Marketing & Operation Assistance：
Collect sales data and generate business reports, and maintain CRM system records. Assist in executing channel marketing activities including designer salons and brand tasting events, and ensure terminal brand display meets corporate standards.
教育背景：
本科及以上，工商管理类、市场营销优先
一周出勤4-5天，能立即到岗，可以实习6个月优先
特定专业知识：
1、熟练使用办公软件
2、擅于人际交流与沟通
3、熟练的英文技能
有转正机会，优先27届同学
