职责描述
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Digital Presence: Support the operations of the “Acclime 凯晋出海” WeChat Official Account and website, including content preparation, publishing, and coordination with the design team. Contribute to delivering high-quality, brand-consistent content to drive audience engagement and traffic growth.
2. CRM & Commercial Support: Maintain accurate and well-structured data in HubSpot, ensuring leads from websites, WeChat, marketing campaigns, and events are properly recorded. Work with the Business Development Manager to identify potential high-value clients, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
3. Ecosystem & Partnership Support: Assist in managing ecosystem partner lists and databases, supporting long-term partner relationship development. Participate in and support ecosystem and partner-related activities, and conduct research on potential partners aligned with Acclime’s brand positioning.
4. Cross-functional Support: Provide ad-hoc support to Business Development and Marketing Managers, including translation, content creation, design review, etc., while assisting with cross-team coordination and daily business operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors: Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related fields).
• Native Chinese speaker with excellent written and spoken English (working-level proficiency required).
• Strong sense of ownership, high level of initiative, and proactive working attitude.
• Interest in China outbound, overseas expansion, and professional services industry.
• Aspires to develop a long-term career in commercial, marketing, business development, or international business functions.
• Able to commit to at least 6 months of internship, with 4 days or more per week on-site.
