【Associate Technical Implementation Manager – Graduate】
About the role
This is a development role for recent graduates and candidates graduating within 3–6 months. You do not need previous payments or SaaS implementation experience. You do need curiosity about technology, comfort communicating with clients, attention to detail and the motivation to grow into ownership of standard client onboarding projects.
You will begin with testing, configuration checks, evidence preparation, status tracking and standard client communication, then progressively own one, two and eventually several standard projects with structured coaching.
What you will learn and do
●Maintain plans, actions, owners, deadlines, dependencies and risks so every issue has a next step.
●Prepare and follow up client kickoffs, test meetings and status updates.
●Use checklists for basic IP, port, DNS, VPN, firewall and allowlist checks.
●Read API documentation, HTTP status codes and basic JSON/XML; run standard Postman/curl tests.
●Organize logs, request IDs, timestamps, requests/responses and reproduction steps.
●Perform basic troubleshooting under guidance and learn when/how to escalate.
●Translate technical information into client-friendly communication and engineer-actionable evidence.
●Use AI to learn, check omissions and improve communication while verifying output and protecting sensitive data.
●Progress from assisting projects to independently owning standard implementations.
What we are looking for
●Graduated or graduating within 3–6 months. CS, information systems, network, data or fintech studies help, but no specific major is required.
●Evidence of structured thinking, attention to detail, accountability and delivery to deadlines.
●Willingness to communicate with clients, track others’ actions and handle repetitive but important implementation work.
●Exposure to any two of: API, JSON/XML, database/SQL, networking, testing, logs, data analysis or technical projects.
●One example of learning an unfamiliar tool or concept and applying it.
●Able to hold basic day-to-day and client conversations in Mandarin; Mandarin need not be the primary working language.
●Able to read technical English and write basic professional English.
●Interest in AI; formal AI project experience is not required.
Submit a 1–2 page resume
Requirements:
●1–2 pages; Chinese, English or bilingual resume accepted.
●State spoken English level and ability to read/write technical English. A short spoken-English check follows.
●Describe what you did, how you did it, and the observable result. Do not paste generic job duties.
●Never disclose real tokens, card data, personal data, internal logs, confidential architecture or client-confidential information.
●AI-assisted resume editing is allowed; the candidate must be able to explain every claim.
