职责描述
Joining one of the leading creative event and live marketing agencies in China, the Project Intern will support the preparation and execution of events in cooperation with the internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of logistics plan, venue slides, etc.
• Source, purchase and manage event materials
• Support to contact with suppliers and collect related information
• Assist to manage manpower resources
• Other responsibilities assigned by line manager
Requirements
• Well-organized and responsible
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Hands-on and with 'can do' spirit
• Ability to work under pressure and result-driven
• Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken
