Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support daily purchasing operations and supplier coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in processing purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders (POs) in the system
• Support supplier communication for quotation requests, delivery follow-ups, and documentation
• Help maintain and update supplier database and procurement records
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
• Assist in price comparison, cost analysis, and sourcing activities
• Support contract documentation and filing (NDA, agreements, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Engineering, Operations) for procurement needs
• Prepare procurement reports and data analysis (e.g., spend tracking, supplier performance)
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Procurement team

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in procurement / supply chain / operations
• Good communication skills in English (and local language if required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data organization); PowerPoint is a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Internship or project experience in procurement, sourcing, or operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Basic understanding of supply chain or purchasing processes
