职责描述
VIC CRM Intern supports the CE team by analyzing client data aimed at enhancing clienteling planning and implementing effective action plans.
Core Responsibilities
• VIC Identification and Analysis: Support CRM manager in identifying potential VICs, segmenting the database, implementing the behavioral clusters tagging, and gathering data to track client preferences and purchasing behaviors.
• Reporting and Insights: Support the preparation of weekly/monthly CRM reports to analyze retail performance, engagement trends, and the ROI of client initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Supports CRM manager in VIC data analysis and reporting. Supports CRM manager in interfacing with vendors for the automatic platform implementation & testing.
• Operational Support: Assist with internal CRM processes, including liaising with IT and supporting store training on CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress, preferably in CRM, Marketing, Statistics.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Python and similar programming languages, in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint).
