1. Staff card management (including making, sending and receiving, access control system/catering system maintenance, etc.)
员工卡管理(包括制作、收发、门禁系统/餐饮系统信息维护等)
2. Assist with onboarding procedure for new employees, including adm supporting
新员工入职相关手续的协助办理,包括行政类协助
3. Other administrative work: meal voucher/stationery/bottled water management, etc
其他行政工作:餐券发放、文具领用、瓶装水领用等
4. Assist with various company activities, eg: annual party, family day and etc.
协助公司各类活动的组织和举办,如公司年会、家庭日活动等
5. Other related HR tasks, eg: filing employee documents and etc.
其他人事相关工作,比如员工资料整理等
Qualification requirements 任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 在读本科或以上
2. Strong communication skill. 擅长人际沟通
3. Strong sense of responsibility, fast learner 责任心强,学习能力快
4. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated 能够独立工作并具备主观能动性
5. Excellent computer skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 熟练掌握办公自动化
