职责描述
【Primary Responsibilities】
1. Monitor sales progress, update sales data across online channels, and track core store metrics.
2. Conduct daily store inspections to identify issues and potential operational gaps, proposing optimisation strategies.
3. Observe competitor activities and collect exemplary industry practices/case studies, developing approaches suitable for the Leica brand.
4. Monitor pricing across online platforms daily.
5. Facilitate inter-store stock transfers to meet sales requirements and enhance inventory turnover.
6. Support internal system process applications including contract requests, payment authorisations, promotional approvals, and material usage authorisations.
7. Manage product asset libraries and sample image archives.
8. Understand fundamental online promotional tools and assist in reconciling marketing expenditure details.
9. Support internal reporting by compiling foundational data and structuring content.
【Position Requirements】
1. Undergraduate students currently enrolled at a ***-tier university, able to commit to at least three days of internship per week.
2. Demonstrate strong learning aptitude and adaptability, with excellent communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
3. Possess proficient English reading, writing, and comprehension abilities.
4. Be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
