Responsibilities
• Support Sales Operations team on daily operation, including operation process charts, weekly/monthly reporting, transactions based on project / task demand, etc.
• Support Sales Operations team, preparing sales reports that show present sales performance and KPIs
• Support Sales Operations team on document management, including physical documents
• Support Sales Operations team on project-based task related to collecting and analyzing data on government policies, economic development, sales and pricing trends in the automotive industry
• Administrative support, including meeting room reservation, travel arrangement, goods/mails collections and other miscellaneous support.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, internship experience in Automotive industry is preferred
• Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
• Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months, 9:30am -18:00pm
