职责描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the organization and execution of customer test drives, assist with vehicle arrangement, route planning and safety briefings; provide test drive explanations and in-vehicle AI product demonstrations for overseas customers in German.
2. Assist in the overseas localization training of the company's AI products for the German market, focusing on optimizing the user interaction experience for German users.
3. Assist the sales team with daily customer reception, visitor coordination, and business visit accompaniment.
4. Support domestic and international business activities, business client coordination and business support in the German region, and be able to travel abroad when needed. Job Requirements:
1. Internship duration: at least 3 months; able to work on-site and accept fieldwork; willingness to travel abroad is preferred.
2. Good communication skills and customer service awareness; outgoing, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to fieldwork and business trips.
3. German national, current international student in China (undergraduate or master's degree), native-level German is preferred; Chinese students studying in Germany with near-native German proficiency are also considered.
4. Previous internship experience in sales support, event execution, customer reception, or test drive operation is a plus.
5. Valid driver’s license with good driving skills is a plus.
6. Proficient in Office software with basic data processing capabilities.
