职责描述
Job Description:
-Onboarding and Exit: Support in employee onboarding and exit process.
-Employee Relations: Support to deal with employee complaints and provide solutions.
-Office goods purchasing: Support create purchasing orders in internal system.
-Administration: Support administration activity including canteen, shuttle bus, sport activities, etc
-Others task assigned by department.
Job Requirements:
-You must be an ungraduated university student major in Management or relevant field.
-Can provide at least 3 days/week, at least 4 months’ internship period.
-Good command of Chinese and English.
-Excellent communication skills, detail-orientation, confidential mind-set.
-Quick learner and able to deal with multi-tasks.
