职责描述
岗位职责｜Key Responsibilities
校园与社群联络 Campus & Community Engagement
1. 协助建立并维护学校及地区学生社群之间的联系
Facilitate connections and engagement among student communities across campuses and local regions.
2. 支持校园活动及学生交流项目的宣传与信息传播
Support the promotion and communication of campus events and student exchange programs.
3. 与学生组织及青年社群保持良好沟通与合作关系
Maintain active communication and collaboration with student organizations and youth communities.
4. 收集学生反馈、需求及参与建议，提升社群参与度
Gather student feedback, participation needs, and suggestions to enhance community engagement.
项目协调支持Program Coordination Support
1. 协助项目活动的筹备、执行与现场协调
Assist in the planning, execution, and on-site coordination of program activities.
2. 支持参与者沟通、行程安排及时间协调
Coordinate participant communication, scheduling, and timeline management.
3. 整理与管理课程、活动及项目相关资料
Organize and manage course materials, event documents, and program resources.
4. 参与项目日常运营及流程优化工作
Contribute to program operations and process improvement initiatives.
嘉宾与合作支持Speaker & Partnership Support
1. 协助调研潜在嘉宾、青年组织及合作伙伴
Conduct research on potential speakers, youth organizations, and partner institutions.
2. 支持嘉宾邀请、活动对接及沟通联络工作
Support speaker invitations, event coordination, and stakeholder communications.
3. 参与国际青年合作项目的沟通与协调
Assist in communication and coordination for international youth collaboration projects.
内容与传播支持Communications & Outreach Support
1. 协助撰写项目介绍、活动文案及宣传内容
Assist in drafting program introductions, event copywriting, and promotional materials.
2. 支持社交媒体运营及学生社群管理
Support social media operations and student community engagement.
3. 参与青年社区建设及品牌内容传播
Contribute to youth community building and content outreach initiatives.
