职责描述
JD
1) Conducting legal research and preparing research paper on the legal issues/matters on requested topics;
2) Translation of legal documents and materials;
3) Assisting in the low-risk legal documentation drafting and review; and
4) Other legal assignment as needed from time to time.
JR
1) Pursuing a Master's Degree in Law with outstanding academic performance;
2) Fluent in both Chinese and English;
3) Good legal thinking and legal drafting skills;
4) Ability to research and learn new legal issues quickly to facilitate problem solving.
