职责描述
Maison: Alaïa
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support media campaign with assets application and preparation.
2. Follow up with PR agency in terms of release exposure, sample management, social content preparation etc.
3. Monitor brand exposure on shopping malls platforms incl. OOH, Wechat, Weibo, RED…etc
4. Manage RED account, focusing on mix & match, and follow up KOS project.
5. Event preparation and implementation incl. material delivery, samples arrangement…etc.
6. Monthly competitors report consolidation.
7. Contract follow up, invoice collection and payment application.
8. Deck translation if required.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably majoring in English.
- Native Chinese and fluent in English.
-Experience on RED social platform is preferred
- Analytical & computer skills(MS Office) is required.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Detail-oriented, strong ownership & passion for the brand.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Attendance requirements: 4-5 days per week, at least 6 months, prefer 9 months
Work location: 7F, Tower 3, Jing An Kerry Center, 1228 Yan An Zhong Road, Shanghai
