职责描述
Job Descriptions:
- Learning team:
1)Learning Activity Coordination: Support the Learning Team in scheduling and coordinating learning activities, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
2)Newsletter Design & Support: Assist in the creation and design of themed learning newsletters to communicate learning updates, events, and achievements.
3)Data & Reporting: Support the generation of Management Information (MI) to track and report on learning completion status and engagement metrics.
4)Project Support: Provide administrative and project support to the Learning Team on various initiatives.
5)Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure learning activities align with business goals and employee needs.
- HR RS team:
1)Support Talent Acquisition Support Team for daily operations (e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, orientation, distribute case from generic mailbox and assignment group, etc.)
2)Support local activities (e.g. onboarding formalities, staff card and access card mailing and delivery, regulatory check, etc.)
3)Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
1)Good communication skills and can work under pressure
2)Quick learner and team player
3)Proficient in English reading and writing
