职责描述
Activities:
• Communication and admin support
1. Support internal and external communication initiatives to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
2. Assist in creating, editing, and distributing content across various platforms while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
3. Draft and edit articles, newsletters in English and Chinese.
4. Update and maintain intranet pages and SharePoint sites.
5. Design promotional materials such as brochures, posters when necessary.
6. Provide creative input for SSC relevant events.
7. Check the bill of office supply on monthly basis and prepare the payment request accordingly.
8. Liaise with office building management centre for any support needed
• Inspection coordination and technical support
1. Act as inspection coordinator to liaise with HQ and Third-Party Inspection Agencies to allocate appropriate inspectors for on-site inspections
2. Support to manage the inspector pool
3. Review the inspection reports
4. Performance review of inspectors and inspection company
5. Document control
6. Review of SSC database, keep it updated
7. Alignment of qualification scope of the vendors
8. Keep SSC SharePoint up to date according to the daily business
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, English or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Familiarity with Power BI, MS office, knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and execution abilities under pressure.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting information tools and technologies
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• 4 or 5 whole days per week for 6 months and longer if possible.
