职责描述
主要职责：
1. 支持工艺团队开展数字化项目及新产品开发（NPD）相关工作；
2. 作为涂布及分切工艺步骤的主数据对接人，收集并整理工艺参数，搭建基础数据库，为PEA 模块提供输入数据；
3. 参与失效检测系统的日常维护、配方管理、缺陷分类分析、培训及持续优化工作；
4. 在指定设备上开展生产试验，采集并分析工艺数据，支持工艺评估与改进；
5. 在新产品开发周期内跟进、记录并输出项目文档与报告，必要时支持客户投诉分析及系统校准工作。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上在读学生，优先考虑化学工程、化学、材料科学相关专业，电气工程或计算机科学等专业亦可考虑；
2. 对制造工艺、数字化及基于数据的工艺优化有浓厚兴趣；
3. 具备良好的逻辑思维与分析能力，能够参与实验或生产现场工作；
4. 沟通能力良好，做事认真负责，积极主动；
5. 英语可作为日常工作语言。
Major Responsibilities:
1. Support process team in digitalization initiatives and new product development (NPD) projects.
2. Act as the key contact person for building and maintaining master data for coating and converting process steps, collecting and organizing process parameters as inputs for the PEA module.
3. Participate in the operation, training, optimization, and integration of the Failure Detect System, including recipe management, defect classification, and reporting.
4. Conduct production trials on assigned coating and converting equipment, collect and analyze process data for process evaluation and improvement.
5. Track, document, and report findings during the NPD phase, and support customer claim analysis and regular system calibration when required.
Job Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science; candidates from Electrical Engineering or Computer Science will also be considered.
2. Strong interest in manufacturing processes, digitalization, and data-driven process improvement.
3. Logical thinking, good analytical skills, and hands-on capability in laboratory or production environments.
4. Good communication skills and a proactive, responsible working attitude.
5. Proficient in English.
