职责描述
The ideal candidate should be:
1. Support on L'Oreal Team: competitor review, social listening, marketing research, consumer insight, etc.
2. Social actively (instagram, rednote, douyin, bilibili, etc.)
3. Beauty& fashion lover
4. Creative and keen for explore, someone with fresh eyes and willing to learn some tools and enhance their soft skills.
5. Excellent written English proficiency.
6. Interested in strategies rather than event planning.
