职责描述
Your Responsibilities:
To conduct preliminary legal research about business related topics under the guidance of legal
counsels;
To draft the first draft of legal documents such as contracts and legal memos;
To translate legal documents;
To support legal counsels in admin related matters.
Your Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law;
Pass of P.R.C National Judicial Examination is a plus but not mandatory;
Good command of legal knowledge, legal research and writing skills
Good command of English or German language both in writing and speaking;
Quick learner with strong self-motivation;
Good command of MS Office.
