职责描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Buying: Support the preparation of FW27 buying materials, including presentations, product references and order forms for each client.
2. Buying: Assist with checking and reconciling client orders after submission.
3. Shipment: Assist with weekly client shipment list preparation, invoice checking and reconciliation.
4. Operation: Support the consolidation, upload and analysis of sell-out data.
5. Training & VM: Assist with preparing training materials and consolidating VM reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Candidates with relevant experience in data-related work in wholesale, merchandising or finance will be given preference.
3. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools, with strong data processing skills and excellent attention to detail.
