职责描述
部门使命/Department Mission:
• We mediate at Trade-offs between Development and Procurement at all hierarchical levels.
• We support suppliers and component developers in their Cooperation.
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
• Attend Common Sourcing Committee (WOB-China-CSC) meeting and support R&D representative
• Preparation of sourcing activities in TE-LiDa system, information about suppliers(Briefings, updates)
• Support R&D Audit team to communicate with suppliers
• Contribute to audit planning rounds (internal, brands within VW Group)
• Support with preparation of TE-Rating evaluation process and working guidelines according to ISO9001
• Support with organization of workshops and trainings (e.g. know-how protection training, team building)
• Team Website design
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
• Enrolled university student with an outstanding academic record with background in mechanical engineering, electric-/electronic engineering…
• Excellent English skills (German language skills as a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft office software (PPT, Excel…)
• Ability to work independently within team, high degree of motivation, initiative, and resilience
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
• Programming skills are welcome
