职责描述
Plan manufacturing processes and workflows—such as equipment, operating resources, workstations, material handling systems, and testing technologies—as well as products tailored to specific processes in the DQ200 production line in Dalian, taking into account established baseline conditions and framework constraints (e.g., procedures or cost-related objectives), in accordance with principles from ergonomics, technology, and business administration. Collaborate with internal and/or external partners in doing so.
●Prepare requirement specifications, draft procurement proposals, develop scheduling plans, and propose and justify in-house and outsourced manufacturing based on cost calculations. Conduct target‑actual comparisons with respect to required capacities, present alternative options, and establish and coordinate investment costs and production lead times.
Review technical documentation and design specifications for optimal feasibility, make necessary adjustments, and prepare reports. Propose constructive modifications and calculate cost savings. Integrate production requirements into the engineering team’s concepts and ensure implementation readiness.
● Document manufacturing processes and workflows (including equipment, operating resources, workstations, and material handling systems) as well as products. Develop, implement, and monitor rationalization measures, reductions in manufacturing lead times, and process improvements; evaluate the results.
● Ensure coordination between the operator and the customer (e.g., manufacturing) and handover to the operator.
Participation and involvement in the department’s KVP process.
