职责描述
Job Description:
- Independently handle end-to-end intern recruitment for different team.
- Support full-time recruitment process, update job posts, maintain talent database and sort out recruitment data.
- Staffing supporting, including staff attendance, onboard and off-board process, p-file management, etc.
- Help organize internal training programs and performance analysis.
- Support develop HR process for implementation.
- Assist with planning and roll-out of HR programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's student, majoring in HR, Business, Advertising or related fields is preferred.
- Good communication skills, careful, responsible and efficient in daily work.
- Passionate about HR work and advertising industry.
- HR related internship is a PLUS.
