Location
- Suite 1601B, Tower One, Plaza 66, 1266 Nanjing Road West, Shanghai
Job Duties
- Prepare Purchasing documents for bidding process
- Analyze stakeholders' consolidation, Suppliers Proposal
- Supplier on-boarding process / due diligence check
- Support in Procure to Pay process (contract signature, payment, invoice)
- Support on Sourcing coordination event organization and onsite support.
- Other administrative requests from Purchasing Manager
General Requirements
- Bachelor or above (ideally in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field).
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi), Image and Video editing software tools
- A proactive attitude and strong desire to learn
- Strong interest in procurement and luxury industry
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, French is a plus
- 4-5 days a week, for at least 6 months
