职责描述
工作概要 Summary
主要负责支持和协助 GPL-SW（方向盘全球产品线）的核心工程师和项目经理完成技术与商务资料的整理与可视化、产品资料维护、竞品分析、新产品技术开发与验证、项目进度跟踪与汇报等工作。
Mainly responsible for supporting and assisting the Core Engineers and Program Managers of GPL-SW (Steering Wheel Global Product Line) with organizing and visualizing technical and commercial materials, maintaining product documentation, benchmarking, developing and validating new product technologies, and tracking and reporting project progress.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 技术与商务资料整理及多语言处理 协助核心工程师和项目经理整理会议纪要、技术规范、商务协议及项目计划，并进行中英文互译，确保专业术语准确、格式规范。
2. 产品资料维护与竞品分析 协助维护 BoM、参考图纸、UDS、标准 FMEA 等产品资料；收集行业竞品及技术趋势信息，形成对比分析材料。
3. 新技术开发与验证支持 协助核心工程师开展新技术的资料调研、方案整理及测试数据汇总，跟进验证计划和试验结果，并整理相关报告。
4. 项目进度跟踪与汇报 协助项目经理更新项目计划与里程碑状态，跟进待办事项；准备阶段评审（PR/DR）资料并跟踪问题关闭；利用 PPT 和 Excel 制作面向管理层及全球客户的汇报材料、数据图表和项目台账，并支持跨时区会议组织及区域 BU 反馈收集。
5. 数据可视化与 AI 工具应用 利用 AI 工具支持资料搜索、文本摘要、翻译润色及 PPT 框架生成，并协助完成技术与商务资料的可视化呈现，持续提升团队文档处理效率。

学历&经验Education & Experience：
1. 学历要求：在读本科生或研究生（大四或研二、研三优先）。 Education: Enrolled Bachelor or Master students (preferred Senior or 2nd year Master students).
2. 专业背景：车辆工程、机械、自动化、电子等相关专业。 Major: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics，or related fields.
3. 经验：有外企实习经验、项目管理辅助经验、汽车行业产品开发实习经验者优先。 Experience: Previous internship experience in MNCs, project management assistance, automotive product development is preferred.
技能Skills:
1. 良好的英语能力：雅思 6.5 分或同等水平，能胜任一般商务笔译和流畅的口语沟通。 Superior English Skills: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent; capable of business translation and fluent oral communication.
2. 精通办公软件：具备较强的 PPT 美化与逻辑排版能力，熟练运用 Excel 常用函数及数据透视表等。 Proficiency in Office Software: Strong PPT beautification and logical layout skills; proficient in common Excel functions and Pivot Tables.
3. AI 工具敏感度：对大语言模型（LLM）、AI 辅助设计工具或生产力工具（如 ChatGPT, Midjourney 等）有实操经验或浓厚兴趣。 AI Sensitivity: Hands-on experience or deep interest in LLMs, AI-aided design tools, or productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).
4. 工作素养：极强的责任心和执行力，注重细节，具备良好的跨文化沟通意识。 Professional Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and execution; detailed-oriented with cross-cultural communication awareness.
