职责描述
[Job description]
1. Understand formulation & process principle.
2. Shade matching per project requirement.
3. Do basic competitor analysis tasks.
4. Competitor products stock management.
5. Have the sense& ability to create/optimize digital tools to better support daily shade analysis work (e.g. color mapping automatic generator).
[Position Requirements]
1. Chemistry related background, including but not limited to chemical engineering, physical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, food industry, etc.
2. Internship experience in cosmetic/FMCG products formulation.
3. Basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills.
4. Sense of leverage digital tools/AI and have the ability to create new digital tools.
5. Responsible & accountable, able to work under pressure, hard working.
6.Team spirit minded.
7. Sense and knowledge about makeup products, makeup trend, market awareness.
8. Passionate and curious about make up.
