You will support Advance Consulting with target-company research, content, visibility, professional events and outreach.

What You Will Do
1. Target Companies & Business Development
· Research target companies and relevant HR, L&D and business contacts.
· Help organise and improve our CRM/contact database.
· Prepare background research for outreach.
2. Content & Visibility
· Turn consulting ideas and workshop insights into useful content.
· Support LinkedIn, WeChat and other digital content.
· Repurpose existing materials into posts and short-form content.
· Use AI tools to improve research and productivity.
3. Events & Outreach
· Help prepare targeted events for HR and business audiences.
· Support attendee research, invitations, registration and follow-up.
Who We Are Looking For?
· Current university students, final-year students or recent graduates.
· Curious about business, communication, leadership, marketing or entrepreneurship.
· Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
· Native Chinese communication skills; good working English preferred.
Internship Details
· Start: October 2026
· Duration: Initial 3 months
· Remote and flexible
· Approx. 2–3 days per week / 15–20 hours
· Paid internship
