Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales
 Sales data downloading from system and consolidation into different templates after verification.
 KPI track and comments, such as conversion rate, UPT, AUR, etc.

Expense
 Budget/forecast template preparation support.
 Margin/ inbound cost consolidation and analysis.
 Logistic cost weekly tracking to make sure in line with budget.
 Sort out marketing spending by category and season.
 Collation of the actual monthly T&E breakdown and distribution to each department.
 Sort out monthly legal/ training/ IT expense breakdown.

System Support
 BOARD system raw data preparation.
 Store code application for new stores and change application for existing stores.
 CRF application for new CAPEX projects.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree or above.
 Proactive and willing to learn.
 Strong communication skills, able to work independently.
 Workable written English skills.
