职责描述
RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Product Master Data & Catalogue Management
1.1 Manage and maintain product master data within the global PIM (Product Information Management) system, ensuring accuracy across all channels.
1.2 Collaborate with Logistics, Planning, and Commercial teams to validate product information and ensure seamless data flow.
1.3 Conduct regular data quality audits to identify and resolve errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
1.4 Serve as the primary point of contact for product data-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
2. 3rd Party Logistics Bidding Project Support
2.1 Support the end-to-end process of third-party logistics bidding projects.
2.2 Assist in operational data analysis, scenario modeling, and comparative evaluation of supplier proposals.
2.3 Coordinate logistical arrangements for candidate visits and facilitate communication between internal teams and potential partners.
REQUIREMENTS：
1. Analytical Mindset: Strong interest in supply chain operations and data-driven decision-making.
2. Attention to Detail: Highly organized, meticulous, and logical with a strong focus on data integrity.
3. Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken); French proficiency is a distinct advantage.
4. Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
5. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
