Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to support our SAP BTP project delivery team. The intern will assist in JIRA backlog and sprint management, support agile project coordination, and help build data analysis and Power BI reports to improve transparency and delivery efficiency.This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in digital platforms, agile project management, and data analytics in an enterprise IT environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Agile Delivery Support Maintain and organize JIRA items (user stories, tasks, bugs) Support sprint planning preparation, including: Backlog readiness checks Story status validation Dependency and overdue item tracking Actively follow up on overdue tasks and remind owners to ensure timely delivery Assist in preparing sprint review and retrospective materials Track and summarize sprint metrics (velocity, completion rate, overdue trends)Data Analysis & Reporting Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports Collect, clean, and analyze project and operational data Build reports for: Sprint performance Delivery KPIs Resource and workload visibility Support ad‑hoc analysis requests from project managers and team leadsDocumentation & Communication Prepare project status summaries and presentation materials Maintain structured project documentation Support communication between technical teams, product owners, and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications Education Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Information Systems Computer Science Business Informatics Data Analytics Industrial Engineering or related fieldTechnical & Functional Skills Basic experience or strong interest in:JIRA (or similar tools like Azure DevOps, Trello)Agile / Scrum ways of working Knowledge of Power BI (report building, basic DAX is a plus)Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling)Basic understanding of data concepts (KPIs, trends, reporting)Soft Skills Strong ownership and follow‑up mindset ("overdue pusher" mentality)Good organizational and time management skillsStructured and detail‑oriented working style Clear communication skills (written and verbal) Proactive, reliable, and willing to learnNice to Have (Optional)Exposure to SAP, SAP BTP, or enterprise IT projects Experience with: Power BI DAX SQL or basic scriptingUnderstanding of project KPIs and delivery governancePrior internship or student project in IT / data analytics
