职责描述
岗位职责
1. 关注并研究各大社交媒体平台（如小红书、抖音等）的内容趋势与玩法，协助制定达人营销策略；
2. 挖掘并评估优质KOL/KOC资源，协助完成达人筛选、沟通及报价；
3. 参与达人合作项目的全流程执行，包括内容审稿、进度跟进与素材管理；
4. 协助维护与达人、agency的日常沟通关系，确保项目高效推进；
5. 参与各系列项目的达人筛选、agency对接及内容把控；
6. 收集并整理投放数据，协助进行基础数据分析与效果评估；
7. 协助团队完成其他与达人营销及社交媒体运营相关的支持性工作。
任职要求
1. 具备良好的沟通与谈判能力、审美判断力及内容敏感度，能够识别潜力达人；
2. 工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的执行力与时间管理能力；
3. 具有良好的团队协作意识和抗压能力，性格积极开朗；
4. 具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel或Google Sheets等办公工具；
5. 具备基本的英文沟通与书面表达能力。
