职责描述
Key Responsibilities
Support warehouse manager on operation tasks: KPI data collection, coordinate BBM warehouse tasks.
Collect and maintain overall warehouse basic information for warehouse closure, tendering and new warehouse certification.
Support logistics quality tool development including FMEA, Maturity assessment, VSM/VSD (focus on BBM warehouse).
Support logistics complaint handling: compile 8D/PSS reports (focus on BBM warehouse).
Support workshop preparation: draft workshop agenda, organize arrangements and communication.
Assist warehouse manager in monthly verification of inbound & outbound (IB/OB) data.
Summarize cost-saving measures for BBM warehouse.
Requirements
Fluent in oral and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Quick learner with good communication skills, logical thinking, data analysis & processing skills and attention to details.
Logistics related major is preferred but not mandatory.
