职责描述
Job Summary
Join a central innovation team and work with digitalization and automation to make impact on big logistics areas in CN and APAC wise.
Roles and Responsibilities
加入博世亚太区物流数字化转型团队，与流程卓越专家一起，协助设计和开发端到端数字化解决方案，以优化中国乃至亚太地区的物流流程，包括运输、进出口、仓储；
参与 Bosch 太仓物流联合实验室（Logistic Innovation Co-Lab）具身机器人、AGV、CTU、无人机等智能物流设备在真实仓储场景中的研发验证与数据采集，支持仓储自动化项目在中国的落地；
支持仓储自动化 PoC（Proof of Concept）项目实施，完成测试方案、实验报告及 KPI 分析；
使用 Python、SQL、Power BI 等工具进行数据清洗、分析与可视化；
协助建立机器人数据集、测试 SOP 及实验室设备管理规范；
与物流、自动化、AI 算法及外部机器人供应商开展跨部门协作。
Qualifications Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's student in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automation, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Strong project management and business requirement analysis skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks and document project progress.
Good understanding of digitalization, warehouse automation, or intelligent logistics concepts; hands-on project experience is a plus.
Basic programming or data analytics capability (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI); able to analyze and visualize operational data.
Fast learner with strong ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a real warehouse testing environment.
Good communication skills in English; able to collaborate with regional APAC teams and external technology partners.
