职责描述
Position Overview:
The intern will focus on visual content creation for Duke Kunshan University’s communication channels, including photography, videography, and post-production. The role requires a strong aesthetic sense, technical proficiency in editing software, and the ability to produce high-quality visual assets that align with DKU’s brand identity. Experience in graphics is a plus.
Reports to:
China Social Media Officer
Essential Duties:
l Capture high-quality photos and videos of campus life, events, and academic activities.
l Edit and produce short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and longer features.
l Retouch and format images for web and print use.
l Collaborate with the media operations team to translate story ideas into visual content.
l Assist in basic motion graphics or animation projects when needed.
l Manage and organize visual asset libraries.
l Support other production-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
l Currently pursuing a degree in Media Production, Film and Television, Motion Graphics or a related field.
l Proficiency in at least two of the following: Cupcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects.
l Strong visual portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and post-production skills.
l Basic experience with graphics and motion graphics is a strong plus.
l Good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
l Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
l Working proficiency in English is preferred.
