职责描述
Main Responsibility：
Assist on business documents chopping, scanning, mailing and archiving, etc.
Assist on bank account management, including account signatory and ukey update.
Assist in data analysis to support financial reporting and modeling in trading business.
Support corporate card management including card application/download e-statement and track card status.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
Good communication skills, details and accuracy focused;
Self-motivated, independent, able to work in patience;
Good at word/excel and powerpoint.
Available working days should be no less than 3 days/week;
Bachelor/ post-graduate senior students in Finance or other related major are preferred;
