职责描述
Accountabilities/ Responsibilities1.Training & project support:Coordinate with external stakeholders / vendors to facilitate any projectAssist online learning platform set upAssist in the planning and execution of on-site training/workshop2.Team Collaboration:Provide administrative support to the marketing excellence teamCollaborate with team members for meeting minutesQualifications1.University student in the third or fourth year or above or Master degree student2.Educational background in bioengineering, public health, healthcare, pharmacy, chemical etc. are preferred3.Working time: at least 3 days per week4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)5.Experience of Power BI or any data analytics tool is preferred
