职责描述
Job Description:
Help build a new business from the ground up. Nissan Mobility Service is expanding into Data Annotation services to become a key provider of high-quality training data for Nissan global and external partners. As a founding member, you will work with suppliers and clients to deliver annotation projects while building analytical tools and intellectual property.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Operations
（1）Support end-to-end execution of data annotation projects
（2）Collaborate with vendors on capacity planning, quality assurance, and delivery timelines
（3）Work with clients to understand requirements, translate into labeling guidelines, ensure satisfaction
（4）Track project profitability, throughput, and quality metrics
2. Tool Building & Know-How Development
（1）Build internal analytics tools for annotation quality and project efficiency
（2）Co-develop AI-powered annotation tools (pre-labeling models, auto-quality checks)
（3）Explore LLMs and Generative AI to automate annotation workflows
（4）Document best practices and create the business playbook
Who You Are:
（1）Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
（2）Comfortable with Python/SQL for basic analysis; AI/ML knowledge is a plus
（2）Detail-oriented with operational and commercial mindset
（3）Entrepreneurial spirit; proactive and resourceful in ambiguous environments
（4）Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
（5）Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus
