职责描述
Key responsibilities:
• 负责员工档案的建立、更新与维护,确保信息的准确性与完整性
Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• 协助优化HR相关流程,提升工作效率与员工体验
Assist in optimizing HR-related processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
• 支持员工入职、离职及转岗等全流程的文件处理与系统录入
Support end-to-end documentation and system entry for onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
Requirements:
• 在读本科或硕士生,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业优先
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 具备良好的文字表达与沟通能力,中英文书写流利
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 工作细心严谨,具备较强的责任心与保密意识
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• 具备良好的时间管理与多任务处理能力
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• 每周可实习至少 3天,实习期 2个月
Available to intern at least 3 days per week for 2 months
