Position Overview:
Olive Asset Management is seeking a tech-savvy and organized Multi-Media Executive Intern to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role focuses on content coordination, digital operations, and event support. You will act as a key support in managing external creative vendors, utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows, and assisting in corporate events.
Note: While this role focuses on coordination and AI tools, candidates with basic design software knowledge will have an advantage in handling quick adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Vendor Coordination: Assist in liaising with external video and design vendors; help manage timelines, provide creative briefs, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
2.AI-Driven Content Creation: Use AI tools (e.g., Canva, Gamma, ChatGPT) to efficiently create internal presentations, social media layouts, and marketing copy.
3.Social Media Operations: Manage the publishing schedule for platforms like WeChat Official Account, LinkedIn, and X; assist with content uploading and formatting.
4.Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events (e.g., seminars, client receptions); provide on-site logistics support and help with event photography/videography documentation.
5.Quality Control: Review visual and video materials provided by vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency before publication.
6.Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and digital marketing trends to provide insights for the team.
7.Admin Support: Assist with digital asset management (filing and organizing photos/videos) and general marketing administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1.Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Humanities are welcome.
2.Tech-Savvy: Strong passion for Generative AI; highly proficient in using tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Gamma for productivity.
3.Skills & Competencies:
oGood Aesthetic Sense: Ability to judge whether a design or video looks professional and aligns with the brand.
oCommunication: Clear communication skills to effectively convey feedback to vendors and collaborate with the internal team.
oSocial Media: Familiarity with the backend/operation of WeChat, LinkedIn, or X is a plus.
4.Software:
oRequired: Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, Canva.
oNote: Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage but not required.
5.Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team player.
6.Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the financial industry is a plus.
