职责描述
岗位职责:
1. Support our Category Management team by collecting, cleaning, and validating datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
2. Generate structured analytical reports and performance reviews at the brand, item (SKU), and market level, translating data into clear commercial insights.
3. Synthesize findings into concise presentations or summary reports that highlight key drivers, risks, and growth opportunities for Category Management.
4. Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze structured data.
5. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities across product categories.
6. Apply analytical techniques to support forecasting, assortment optimization, and performance tracking initiatives.
7. Document analytical methodologies, reporting logic, and findings to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
8. Contribute to improving data processes, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities across both EDGE (FMCG) and Toys where relevant.
任职要求:
1. Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, data cleaning, manipulation, basic visualization).
2. Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering, grouping).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
5. Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings in English.
Preferred:
1. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
2. Familiarity with Python visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly).
3. Experience working with large datasets.
4. Interest in FMCG, category management, or consumer products.
5. Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas) as a supporting tool.
