We are looking for an intern who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance support of IT application systems. This position will collaborate with the local IT team, business team, third-party suppliers, and US operation and maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our relevant application systems and improve user satisfaction.我们正在寻找一名实习生，他将负责IT软硬件的运维支持，该岗位将与当地IT团队、业务团队，第三方供应商，以及美国运维团队紧密协作，以确保我们的OA, BI, RPA, Ariba, 云简, SAP, Tableau, CRM, SFDC等 IT应用系统，以及公司电脑、会议多媒体和安防等相关Infra系统，均能够稳定和高效运行，同时提高用户满意度。Roles & Responsibilities: IT Infra系统：• 协助IT工程师进行AI参数调优• Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Infra related systems such as conference rooms, printers, and access control会议室、打印机、门禁等Infra相关系统的日常维护及故障处理• Assist the IT Infra team in routinesystemhealthcheck, including meeting rooms, printers, security equipment, and more协助IT Infra团队完成日常巡检，包括会议室、打印机、安防等设备。• Assist Helpdesk in handling end-user issues, including software installation, printer addition, and computer hardware troubleshooting协助Helpdesk处理终端用户问题，包括软件安装、打印机添加、以及电脑硬件故障处理等。• Daily IT ticket processing日常IT ticket处理Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:• Undergraduate or graduate students in computer science, information management, business administration, or related fields;计算机科学、信息管理、或相关领域在学大学生或研究生；• Fluent English on reading and writing, level CET-4 or above;良好的英语读写能力，英语四级或以上；• Earnest, Open, action proactive and detail oriented;认真、开放、积极主动、注重细节;• Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility.良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强.
