职责描述
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparing the flexible working hours application list and related documentation;
2. Support internship recruitment for two branch offices and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the hiring process.
3. Verify monthly Spot Award winners, create promotional posters, and coordinate gift distribution.
4. Assist in organizing and maintaining the employee personnel file room (P-file Room), ensuring records are accurate and well-organized.
5. Support training-related payment processes and documentation.
6. Provide logistical support for training programs, including preparation, coordination, and on-site assistance.
7. Assist in organizing talent development and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
1. Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
2. Good command of English, particularly in written communication.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
