Name of Project: Exterior Component Benchmarking
Objectives:
Support team activity in new development trend with insight from young generation.
Main Tasks:
-Extends from the comparison of characteristics in desktop research to the comparison of test data of components
-Track competitor products and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses
-Identify product differentiation opportunities through competitive analysis
-Assist the design and engineering teams with resources and information gathering
Learning Opportunities:
-Understand the typical processes in vehicle manufacturing and automotive component development
-Acquire knowledge related to exterior components' features.
-Develop deep understanding of target consumer needs and industry trends
Key Qualifications:
-Strong hands-on ability for benchmarking research
-Experience in research and analyze market data, trends, and customer insights
-Motivation in the latest innovations and changes in the car market
-Skilled in using common productivity software like Microsoft Office
-Driver license Mandatary
