Job Title:Intern Department:Human ResourcesSummary:This role will support the C&B team in matters including but not limited to sales incentive, benefits activities, HR analytics, etc.Roles and Responsibilities:• Support the quarterly sales incentive calculation process, i.e. distributing and consolidating calculation tools.• Explore and build automated / digital tools to support the quarterly and annual sales incentive calculation and communication.• Support administration of benefits activities.• Consolidate history sales performance related data for analytics purpose.• Support other C&B / HR related tasks and projects.Required knowledge, skills, and experience:• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business, Economics, or other related fields• High ethical standard with integrity, detail-oriented, team player• Proficient in MS office including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with other analysis tools preferred
