职责描述
Key Responsibilities
• Dashboard Development & Reporting:
o Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for key supply chain metrics.
o Create comprehensive reports on Supplier Performance (e.g., On-Time Delivery).
o Build and manage a real-time Open PO (Purchase Order) Monitor to track order status, delays.
o Develop an end-to-end Supply Tracking Dashboard to monitor material flow from supplier to production.
• Data Analysis & Support:
o Support the daily material planning process by providing data-driven analysis on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and potential shortages.
o Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources (SAP systems) to ensure accuracy.
o Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
• Operational Excellence:
o Assist in automating routine reporting tasks to improve team efficiency.
o Collaborate with supply chain planners and procurement specialists to understand their data needs.
o Document processes and dashboard functionalities for knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI: Demonstrable experience in data modeling, DAX, and creating interactive visualizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong skills in formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), PivotTables, Power Query, and charting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Automate.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Microsoft Automate.
